Returns and Shipping
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Vapor Supply does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective. An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with a Sales Representative directly. Any return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery confirmation. The Vapor Supply reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.
All orders will be prepared to ship within 24 hours of your order confirmation on business days and on weekends. All US orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Once shipped, your order can take up to 5-10 mailing days to arrive to you depending on your location. Shipments may not be completed during weekends or national holidays. The Vapor Supply does not assume any responsibility for lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen packages.
**NOTE: The Vapor Supply does not have control over shipment carrier delivery methods. Shipping, product, and service pricing for over the phone orders may vary.
We are sad to announce that due to recent changes in vape regulations, there are certain states and cities that we no longer ship to or no longer ship flavored products to. If you are in one of the affected states and place an order containing a restricted item, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
